Blepharoplasty is one of the oldest and best of the cosmetic surgery procedure. It normally produces a great result with little discomfort. Our eyes are the most important visual feature on our face. As we age, the skin of the eyelid stretches causing sagging skin and puffy bags. The eyes often develop a tired, droopy eyed, or even angry appearance. This can unintentionally portray a negative expression.

A blepharoplasty or "eyelid lift" helps restore a rested and more attractive appearance to our eyes. The outcome is a more youthful, refreshed, alert look that is preferred by both men and women alike. During the surgical procedure the bags, sagging skin and many of the age lines are removed. Many people are best served by the combination of brow lift and blepharoplasty---this combination truly rejuvenates tired eyes and the upper face.

In your initial consultation Dr. Coffey will take the time necessary to answer any questions you might have toward realizing your particular goals for improving your eyes. You will be given the opportunity to view a video and to see photos of his work. Upon scheduling your surgery, you will be given pre-operative and post-operative instructions.
